I own the content on this Web site. It is copyrighted in my name. I would like to find the balance between appropriate distribution of my writing (which I would love; lets be honest, I'm not exactly on any top 100 blogging lists) but also protecting my intellectual property rights.

1. Link to my site or any specific post on my site.

2. Extract and re-post less than 200 words on any other site, under the following conditions:

3.  Print off my posts and photocopy it for internal distribution within your own company or organization, under the same conditions as number 2.

4.  Print my posts in any non-commercial publication (e.g., company newsletter, church newsletter, class syllabus, etc.), provided you include this copyright notice: “© 2010, Andrew Demoline. All rights reserved. Originally published at" and that you meet the same conditions as number 2.

In order to do the following you must have my express written permission:

1. Re-post one of my posts in its entirety anywhere else on the Internet.
